How long will shipping take and cost?
Delivery is free all over Pakistan.
Standard shipping will take 2-3 days and custom-made orders will depend on the nature of product to deliver all over Pakistan. However, it may vary according to the city.

All sizes are made according to European sizes.
Return/Exchange My Order
Once the order has been received, the customer is obliged to message us with the objections in order to secure a return or exchange.
If the product has been used, it can not be exchanged or returned in any scenario.
In case the product is damaged, the customer is obliged to send us a message in the 24-hours time frame; starting from when it was received. Otherwise, the order will not be exchanged or returned.
Please note that products may vary in colour as the colour shown in the picture due to lighting and professional editing.
Please note that we only entertain the delivery charges once per product. In case, the customer wants to return or exchange, the customer has to pay the delivery charges.
ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS!
Refund Policy
In a rare scenario, the product is faulty from our side in respect to manufacturing, we are more than happy to accommodate our customers with a cash refund.
The refund can not be claimed if the size ordered by the customer has been miscalculated from their end. We happily offer an exchange in such a case. However, the exchange is subject to availability.
We will not entertain any claims for used products.
ALL REFUND SHALL BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS.

Where is my order?
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday during working hours with orders placed after 12 AM processed the next working day (not including public holidays).

How to take care of my 100% leather products?
· Clean them after every wear.
· Store shoes in a dust bag when not in use.
· Use shoe trees when not in use.
· Use a good shoe polish.
What if Courier attempted to deliver, but I wasn’t at home. What should I do?
When the courier has attempted to deliver once and you couldn’t receive the parcel, it gets back to their warehouse. In such a scenario, please contact us to get the shipment tracking number and call the courier service to schedule your re-attempt. Please bear in mind, if you are not able to receive it on the second attempt, it will be returned to our facility. However, in such an event, the customer will be liable for the delivery charges.
How do I return my order?
Just reach out to us through our contact email or number. You can also Dm us and we will sort it out for you.
Will I have to pay for my return?
In case the product was faulty, you are not liable to pay for delivery charges.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, we are more than happy to oblige our customers.
When should I expect my money back?
In no more than 10 working days.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can make your payments via bank transfers, JazzCash, Easypaisa or COD for specific cities.

Where are your products made?
Our skilled craftsmanship in shoe-making mainly Peshawari Chappal comprises women from Charsaddha, KPK, Pakistan.
And, our brilliant diversified working team at Lahore unit makes the most comfortable and stylish loafers.
Will you expand your product range in future?
Yes, we are currently working on introducing more leather products i.e leather bags, laptop covers and wallets.

2. When these terms apply
These terms of sale apply whenever you order any product through our website or otherwise from us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem, sets out our policy in respect of accepting returns and issuing refunds for items purchased from our website and other important information.
By ordering a product from us, you agree that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms of sale, the website Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy (each as amended from time to time). If you do not agree to these terms of sale, you must not order any Product from us.
Please read these terms of sale carefully and print a copy for your future reference. Please note that the terms of sale applicable to your order are the terms of sale which are in effect as at the time that we accept your order.
3. We may make changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time by amending this page and will display the effective date of the revised terms at the top of this page. We recommend that you check this page each time before you order a product from us so that you are aware of the terms which apply at that time.
3.1 Our right to reject or cancel a contract
Fulfilment of all orders on this platform is subject to availability. We explicitly reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel a Contract by written notice to you in the following situations, without being liable for any damage or costs other than repayment of any amount received from you in relation to the Contract we cancelled:
● the product is not available / in stock;
● your billing information is not correct or not verifiable;
● your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud;
● we believe you are under the legal age in your country;
● we believe that you are a reseller;
● there was an error in the price displayed on the Platform;
● we could not deliver to the address provided by you;
● due to an Event Outside Our Control (see below); or
● in the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the Platform information.
4. Our products
All product descriptions and illustrations shown on our website are provided in good faith but are for illustrative purposes only. We try to display the colour of our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of our products. You acknowledge that a number of our products are created using natural and experimental materials, meaning that no two pieces will be identical and the product image on our website may not be the actual product you receive. Actual products may vary accordingly. The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website. We are not responsible for any such discrepancies.
Please note that we do not guarantee that all products presented on the website are in stock or are available for purchase. We reserve the right to stop selling a product at any time and for any reason.
5. How you should pay for the products
During the checkout process, you will be asked to complete your payment details. All highlighted fields must be completed. Please note that we will collect, store and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer. If your payment is not authorised, we will cancel your order and notify you in writing (which may include e-mail) that we have done so. If you have already received the products you ordered from us, you must return those products to us at your own expense. If you fail to do so within 2 (two) weeks of our cancelling your order, we may arrange for collection of the Products at your expense.
If we cannot supply you with the products that you have ordered, we will cancel your order and inform you of this as soon as reasonably possible. We will give you a full refund if you have already been charged for the products.
6. How we can end our contract with you
We may end the contract for a product at any time by writing to you if:
1. You do not make any payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within 5 days after we reminded you that payment is due;
2. You do not, within a reasonable time, allow us, or a delivery company, to deliver the products to you;
3. You do not, within a reasonable time, pay any applicable duties or taxes to the delivery company;
If we end the contract in the situations set out in this section we will refund any money you have paid in advance for products we have not provided but we may deduct or charge reasonable compensation for the net costs we will incur as a result of your breaking the contract.
